Ms. Woodbury has more than 5 years of experience and currently serves as a Project Planner for Meridian Consultants. With a background in environmental and land use planning, she is able to provide flexible assistance with a variety of development and land use projects that require compliance with both the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the National Environmental Policy Act.
Her technical writing and document organization skills have given her the ability to successfully complete numerous tasks related to environmental analysis and environmental documentation, including the preparation of program and project Environmental Impact Reports (EIRs), supplemental EIRs, Initial Studies, Mitigated Negative Declarations (MNDs), and other forms of environmental constraints analyses.
At Meridian Consultants, Ms. Woodbury is responsible for planning, preparing, and monitoring environmental research, as well as completing impact analyses and devising mitigation measures for various projects. In addition, she participates in the resolution of planning issues by identifying and providing recommendations to improve technical approach, project activities, work scope, and community stakeholder interests. She also provides assistance to project managers by monitoring budgets and schedules; coordinating with public agencies, clients, and subconsultants; and maintaining quality control and assurance of project deliverables. Her range of project experience includes high-density, mixed-use developments; residential developments; schools; hospitals; office centers; water infrastructure projects; and master plans and specific plans. She has also provided extensive CEQA-related services for the Los Angeles World Airports, including the support to prepare the EIR for the multibillion-dollar Landside Access Modernization Program, which will provide revolutionary ground transportation upgrades to LAX.
