Ms. Woodbury has more than 3 years of experience and currently serves as a Project Planner for Meridian Consultants LLC. Her background in environmental analysis and documentation enables her to provide flexible assistance with a variety of development and land use projects that require compliance with both the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
Her technical writing and document organization skills have given her the ability to successfully complete numerous tasks. In addition, she was able to gain hands-on experience through an internship with the Ventura County Planning Division. She assisted planners within the different sections of the Division and got a glimpse of long-range planning, permit administration, and other integral planning programs. Ms. Woodbury also gotreceived extensive exposure to projects related to the Surface Mining and Reclamation Act (SMARA) due tobecause of its strong connection with environmental mitigation efforts. This internship experience provided her with an insight into municipal planning that will only give her perspective as she moves forward on current and upcoming projects with Meridian Consultants..
At Meridian Consultants, Ms. Woodbury is responsible for planning, preparing, and monitoring environmental research, as well as completing impact analyses and devising mitigation measures for various projects. To date, she has provided a wide -range of assistance on the preparation of numerous Environmental Impact Reports (EIRs). She has collected an array of information and data, drafted individual sections, collected an array of information and data, edited, and produced documents. Lastly,In addition, she has also been is involvedparticipated in the participation of identifying and providing recommendations to improve technical approach, and project activities, and work scope.
