Ms. Lan is an environmental compliance practitioner with over 7 years of experience in planning and environmental analysis. Her background in transportation and school planning gave her the necessary understanding to successfully manage California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) projects for the federal, state, and local agencies. Ms. Lan’s responsibilities include managing complex multidisciplinary projects, reviewing environmental compliance documents, and overseeing multidisciplinary project teams.
Ms. Lan has full life-cycle experience leading large and complex transportation and school projects, including driving Mitigated Negative Declarations (MNDs) and Environmental Assessments (EAs) processes from conception to completion. She also has experience assisting with Environmental Impact Reports (EIRs), reviewing environmental compliance documents and technical studies, conducting Construction Monitoring, writing Addendums, presenting at public hearings, negotiating permits and concurrences, and assisting with biological field studies.
