The William S. Hart Union High School District contracted Meridian Consultants to be the Environmental Monitoring Program Manager for the project, overseeing all aspects of construction activities including air quality and dust control, biology, and noise monitoring.
Completing CEQA/NEPA compliance and obtaining regulatory permits enables project initiation, but successful project completion requires that mitigation and permit terms be implemented in a manner that meets regulatory requirements while allowing construction to move ahead smoothly. With that in mind, we can provide a full range of mitigation implementation and monitoring services, including “tailgate” training sessions for construction personnel. Goldenvoice LLC filed permits to increase maximum daily attendance at the Coachella/Stagecoach festivals and to extend the amount of allowable festivals each year by two events. This action required the approval of an ordinance change, special permit, and development agreement. Meridian Consultants LLC prepared the full EIR which was certified in 2012.
