Mr. Khalil previously interned as a Project Planner for the Los Angeles Department of City Planning. As a Project Planner, Mr. Khalil assisted in the planning process by consulting and applying land use requirements to the application intake for conditional use permits, variances, zoning changes, coastal exemptions, and subdivisions among other planning related processes.
Mr. Khalil also researched and analyzed historic documents and case files; reviewed project, landscape, and sign plans; reviewed and calculated slope analysis; and approved said plans.
In his spare time, Mr. Khalil enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, traveling, playing and watching basketball, in particular his favorite team the Los Angeles Clippers.
