Holly Galbreath
Senior Environmental Scientist, Air Quality
Ms. Galbreath is an environmental studies graduate with over 3 years of experience in environmental compliance pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). Ms. Galbreath has a strong background in land use planning and open space management with an emphasis in resource management in California. Ms. Galbreath has assisted in the preparation of several types of environmental documents including, but not limited to Exemptions, Addendums, Initial Studies, Mitigated Negative Declarations, Environmental Impact Reports, Sustainable Communities Environmental Assessments, Air Quality (AQ) and Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Technical Reports, and Noise Technical Reports.
Ms. Galbreath has experience collecting information in the field through ambient noise monitoring, land use surveys and site photography. She researches relevant land use and planning information for projects using local, state, and federal resources. Ms. Galbreath’s primary responsibility at Meridian Consultants is to aid in the preparation of AQ, GHG, and noise studies and contribute to a variety of other CEQA and NEPA documents and topics.
