Mr. Locacciato is an urban and regional planner with more than 30 years of diverse experience in planning and environmental analysis. Mr. Kirikian’s experience related to Air Quality and Climate Change includes preparing air pollutant emissions inventories, dispersion modeling, and health risk assessments (HRAs) for residential, commercial, and transportation projects utilizing the CalEEMod and AERMOD models. Mr. Kirikian’s experience related to Noise includes assessment of a variety of mobile (aviation and vehicle) and stationary noise sources associated with urban development and infrastructure projects, with specific expertise in utilizing SoundPLAN, Aviation Environmental Design Tool, and FHWA TNM models. Mr. Lackow is an environmental planner with more than 25 years of experience in environmental consulting. He is adept at preparing all forms of CEQA and NEPA documentation and has extensive experience in successfully completing the requisite documentation for highly complex and often controversial large-scale projects. Mr. Levi is an urban planner with 1 year of experience in planning and environmental analysis. His background in urban planning, political science, transportation finance planning, and environmental analysis results in an understanding of the relationships between land use regulations, transportation, and environmental impacts. Mr. Levi has experience in urban planning; Project Environmental Impact Reports (EIRs), Initial Studies, and Mitigated Negative Declarations (MNDs), and Categorical Exemptions. Mr. Levi has been involved in the environmental review of commercial and mixed-use projects in urban settings for communities throughout Southern California.

Mr. Brauer is Meridian's premiere graphics design and coordinator. Looking at a project from conception, Mr. Brauer uses his experience and expertise to assess graphics needs and make recommendations to the project managers which maximize project budgets and time efficiency. Ms. Dow is the publications coordinator here at Meridian. She has several years of publishing experience under her belt, both with non-profit and private enterprises. Here at Meridian, she engages in copy editing and quality control of the various documents provided to our clients. With a master’s degree in Linguistics from Cal State Northridge and a bachelor’s from UCLA, Ms. Dow utilizes her first grasp of English grammar and punctuation to polish all reports and documents.
